Welcome to MySchool App and the Learning Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our app, platform, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Registration

• To access certain features, including school modules and Learning Store purchases, you must register an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

School and User Data

• Schools and users retain ownership of their uploaded data (e.g., student records, reports).
• You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

Purchases in the Learning Store

• By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.
• All digital book (PDF) purchases are final and non-refundable.
• For physical books, return and refund requests are subject to our Return Policy.

Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment card or mobile money details.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Subscription Plans

• Schools using premium features must maintain active subscriptions.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or plans but will provide notice in advance.

User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:
  • Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Uploading harmful code or content

Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials on MySchool App and Learning Store remain the property of SKEADAK CONSULT unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• We provide our services "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
